My  —

The term 'holistic' comes from the Greek work 'holos' meaning whole and the holistic approach to Reflexology and Massage aims to restore balance within the body, taking into account the person's whole self and not just their physical symptoms or ailments.

For me, holistic therapies are essential, not only do they help us to heal ...physically, mentally and emotionally, they also help us to deal with life's tough times. It is so important to look after ourselves, just that little bit and to find out how amazing we really are.

"When you touch one thing with deep awareness,
 you touch everything.

Feel Relaxed, Refreshed and Recovered

I originally trained with Essentials for Health at St Thomas' Hospital in London in 2009, qualifying in both the ITEC Level 3 Diploma and BTEC Level 4 Professional Diploma in Holistic Massage Therapy. I then practised in London for two years, before taking time away to bring up my daughter.

Now 10 years on and having spent the last 3 years developing my skills, completing further training and working from home and in the NHS, I am lucky enough to have a found a beautiful space to continue offering bespoke treatments,

particularly for those who have cancer or are recovering from cancer.

I have worked as a Complementary Therapist at Dimbleby Cancer Care, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Trust for 18 months and have had specialist NHS Cancer training.

Reflexology is my passion.

I am amazed every day by its ability to balance, heal, comfort or simply relax a person whatever journey they may be on, whether emotionally or physically. It is a truly unique treatment for each person, whatever their circumstance.

Reflexology is a non invasive complementary therapy which aims to rebalance a person's body and mind, by stimulating their own healing process.

This is done by applying pressure (gentle or firm depending on you) to reflex points on the feet and/or hands, which correspond to all the organs, glands and parts of the body. This increases blood flow and nerve circulation, helping to remove toxins and clear blockages within the body, which ultimately creates an emotional and physical shift, allowing you to truly relax.

We begin your first treatment with a brief consultation, where we take the time to talk about you, how you feel physically and perhaps emotionally and discuss any issues that might need addressing.

(please allow an extra 10-15 minutes for any first appointment)

Treatments are created for you so that healing can begin. This might take one session or several depending on how things develop.
